The Gaffney name has been in business for over 40 years. Very early on we knew that to stand out we needed to be the best at what we do. Our experience has taught us that nothing is more valuable than a satisfied customer, and customer satisfaction is our specialty.
Wausau is where we got our start and Wausau is where we live today. We take great pride as a home builder when we drive around town and see the dozens and dozens of homes we've built in just about every corner of town. We do travel and have built homes all over Marathon County and other surrounding counties as well.
In the early days we built homes in the 1200SF range and for the first time home buyers. Over the years we've grown in skill and as builders to take on any size project with any size budget. In the past decade we've built homes ranging from $100k to over a million dollars! While the materials in the million dollar may cost more than in the $100k home, the same craftsman pay the same amount of attention to each detail.
Today our focus is on our customers. Our bread and butter has been custom homes, remodeling, cabinet building, and consulting. Still the distinction between us and the 'others' is our attention to detail and our high level of craftsmanship.
